Message	to terms and accepting funds. You are pretty much committed now. Not trying to be a jerk, just saying for next time since you said this was your first transaction. Get comfortable with your buyer / seller BEFORE you discuss or agree to the deal, and certainly before money changes hands. This way is less stressful for everyone involved.
